RedShift provides both operational and user training for credit systems. This includes 'super user' training where specific individuals are trained to a detailed level on all functionality which then passed onto colleagues on a need to know basis.
We provide user role based training courses where specific users are taught the relevant parts of the system that relate to their role within the organisation. We provide both onsite and offsite classroom training as well as one-to-one knowledge transfer. |
