All projects, whether new or upgrades to an existing system, require quality testing at all stages of the delivery lifecycle. One of the most important is the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase. By definition the developers or suppliers of the system cannot perform this testing as it has to be impartial. Usually the targeted users of the system have to find time away from their normal duties to perform this testing, which can be both demanding and distracting.
Our pre-defined testing templates save time and bring a proven structured testing methodology to the project. Our methodology finds serious faults early within the testing cycle and hence promotes rapid reporting and fixing of errors.
Through our detailed knowledge of credit system testing we can perform these tests for you by using our RedShift UAT Testing Methodology. This testing methodology covers the following areas:
- Testing scope
- Testing cycles
- Exclusions
- Test environment
- Test planning and resource management
- Actual test scenarios
- Acceptance criteria and test monitoring and reporting
- Incident management
